Are you a Woman of the African Diaspora, on a journey of self-discovery, reclamation, and liberation?
I invite you to embark on a transformative journey to answer the call of our ancestors and reclaim their gifts for personal and collective liberation. It’s time for us to reclaim our power, together.

“I feel that decolonization work and healing work move well together because they are not destinations but embodied processes that we engage over our lifetime. ”
-Charlotte Duerr James
What is microdosing?
Microdosing is a safe and effective method of using psychedelics at sub-perceptual doses, which has been shown to enhance creativity, boost mood, and provide a profound sense of clarity. In the supportive environment of my group coaching program, we utilize microdosing as a tool for self-realization, transformation, and liberation
What does sub-perceptual mean? The intention of microdosing is not to alter your perception of reality, or your visual processing (aka hallucination). If you begin to feel altered in this way, that is a sign to decrease your dose. This process is more about what you feel less of (stress, anxiety, depression), which allows space to feel more connected to Self, Spirit, and ancestors.
What are the potential benefits of Microdosing?
Increased mental clarity and focus
More creativity
Improved mood and energy levels
Improved mental and physical performance
Improved mindfulness, insight, and self-awareness
Enhanced problem-solving abilities.
Increased sense of authenticity and connection to the core self
Motivation to make supportive lifestyle choices
Improved adaptability to change
Enhanced feelings of connectedness to others
Increased empathy for others
