Our refund policy
Putting this training together takes immense energy and labor on the part of our team. As a small organization, every participant withdrawal and refund request has an impact on our program sustainability, and ability to support our wellbeing. For this reason, we have the following refund policy:
Digital downloads:
We do not offer refunds on any digital products including but not limited to; digital downloads, one-off virtual events or series, or class recordings.
Training Program Registration:
If you purchased a payment plan:
The first payment of any training payment plan is non-refundable
If a student chooses to withdraw after paying their 2nd or 3rd installment, they are not eligible for a refund. However, they are absolved of owing future payment.
If you paid-in-full:
If you choose to withdraw 30 days or more prior to the training start day, you will receive a refund equivalent to 65% of the training cost. PLT will hold the remaining 35% to cover administrative fees.
If you choose to withdraw 30 days or less prior to the training start date, you are not eligible to receive any refund of the training fee. You can apply your fee to a future training cohort. You will be responsible for paying the difference in the case that the training fee increases.

Retreats
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable registration fee or deposit. Cancellations made between 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost minus the non-refundable registration fee or deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 29 days of the retreat start date, as it becomes challenging to fill spaces on short notice.
In the rare event that the retreat must be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. However, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses.
Participants who need to leave the retreat early or arrive late will not receive any refunds. We are committed to ensuring each participant’s experience is valuable, so we encourage clear communication before booking to address any questions or concerns about the retreat schedule and policies.
One-on-One Virtual Sessions:
To cancel or reschedule a virtual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost or result in a forfeited session fee, depending on the specific terms of your coaching package. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged for the session, and we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate each community member. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency or unavoidable circumstance so we can discuss potential options.
